i flip back and forth between all of them to see what they are talking about and stuff and stop on witchever one has something interesting to me at the time then after that segment is finnished i start back flipping back and forth again!

but i watch channel 4 (which idk what it is) with guy gordan, rhonda walker and eric wilson. :)
