Well i'm over 50,and I in my younger day was a square dancer and a clogger at the old OPERYLAND in Nashville( late 70's early 80's. I still dance for the health of it.
Even in the early 70's I took classic cance classes. there was a certain peace to dancing.
If it feels good do it.
