I think the only reason its not legal is because you can't tax it.

Rigid, religious, sanctimonious, sex-phobic people are the ones that scream the loudest to get certain laws passed. Some states still have anti-sodomy laws which prohibit oral and/or anal sex even between consenting adults (including married heterosexual couples). With the exception of rape and sex with children I believe people should be free to do what they want sexually. Prostitution should be legalized. Doesn't everyone prostitute themselves everyday when they go to work anyway?

It is only illegal in the real physical sense, but in other ways, parallel to what we see on tv and the movies, and advertisements and girls clothing, it is very real.

its simple ,,because the govt's around the world can not make any income off it,
This is why cigarrete companies and alcohol companies will never be banned from supplying death products,the govt make billions in tax from it,
If they could control income from heroin they would legalise that as well..
its all down to cash $$$$$$$$
