My sister's friend is like a mutual friend. He comes over and talks to everybody. Well everytime he and my sister get into a fight he calls me and vents. My sister always finds out, and gets mad, because sometimes I believe him. He has also had a past of lying, but then again so has she. I do feel bad for him, and that's also why I answer when he calls. What should I do?

you shouldnt answer the fone...mutual friend or not if your sister doesnt like you talking to him then you should stay out of it...even if hes telling the truth

you know what I would. I was like you but a little different My friends sisters freind ( sorry a little confusing!!) would call me or talk to me and vent when he and my friends sister got in a fight, He lied alot and yah same here I believed him sometimes too. I actully had a crush on him he was about two years older than me and he liked me too, but I couldn't handle knowing that the four of us got in fights, so my sisters friend and my friend broke thier friendship with him they got mad at me because they thought I was on his side we got in a huge fight, then I diecied that about a week into the fight I would no longer be his friend because he started to lie to way to much and I wanted my friend and her sister back. So we are not friends anymore. I regret it sososo much I miss him!!!

You should ignore your sister(i have a older sister and trust me I know its hard!) and just let her get mad there is nothing that you can control here besides awnsering the phone but he chose to call you and you did nothing wrong (its not like he is her proporty) so just try to let her get mad and show her that you dont care.. good luck

To me it seems like you should leave him alone. Anyone who will lie is not a good friend of you or your sisters.
