Depends if you are male or female
You get the same type of physical as when you are younger
If you are male, you have to cough to check your scrotum for herniations.
If you are female you get a breast check up
You'll get asked all kinds of questions about your sex life, depression, school, etc....
Then heart, lungs, muscles, nerves, eyes, ears, nose, throat, like everything else.
Then any immunizations you need.

for a teen it will be short and simple.don't worry.they will take your blood pressure and ask you some questions.they will listen to your heart and chest.they will probably have you do some minor stretching like touch your toes and do a knee bend.nothing big or painful.

The doc will just tell you some things to do to see if your in good condition. He or she may check out you prsonal parts and that is about it. Nothing realy to worry about.

my son had his 1st one for football this year, mostly they check your blood pressure and reflexes, height and weight, listen to your lungs and check your ears. For a male the uncomfortable part is the hernia exam--the whole turn your head and cough while the doctor has his hand cupping your sac. it isn't as bad as it sounds just a bit unnerving, its quick and nothing to stress about.
