The other places that are of the same time zone like Washington State are Oregon and California. Also some of the West side of Canada is as well.

There are only 24 time zones in the world..
Everyone north & south of you from Pole to Pole in your time
zone has the same time of 5pm but no one else east or west of you
is showing 5pm..

There is another time zone on the planet where it would be 5 pm, but it will be a different day. You would have crossed the international date line to get there.

nope just your time zone, the entire world is made up of 24 time zones so it will follow that all around the world.

Of course that is assumeing all the nations of the world have accepted and use that time frame.

no, but if we had kept the Canal Zone and made it a state, it would be touching both oceans ( if you considered the Caribbean Sea as part of the Atlantic)
