You probably just tore a little bit because you haven't had sex in such a long time.
Micro tears in the lining of the mucosa can cause bleeding.
Problems to look out for:
HPV
Continual Bleeding
A lot of pain
Etc..
I wouldn't worry unless this happens again, or if you have a history of HPV.

Maybe u got a slight tear inside from the friction since it's been so long. If it stings when you're going to the toilet, this could be a possibility. Go see ur dr or womens health clinic if the bleeding persists. Good luck.

sounds like he got a little agressive there. Probably nothing to worry about. You just need to get back into practice and he needs to be a little more gentle until you are back in prime form. Lube might help. Just don't make the same mistake my ex gf made. I asked her what kind of jelly she was using for lube and she said grape!

you will bleed if you have sex after that long of time. that is because your not stretched out anymore. in other words your vagina hole goes back to being as big as you were when you were a virgin.

Were you very close to your period? Sometimes sex will trigger it up to a day or so early. I would seriously advise a doctor's opinion.
