I have seen several old diesel cars that run on fry oil; there are restaraunts in my town that give away oil for that specific purpose.
All I need is the filtration process and/or any modifications that need to be made to the car.

It is not a filtration process alone, it is also a chemical process. It requires mixing, and processiong, and a pretty good sized vat or container, a pump, etc. For more information, go here----->

The oil has to properly filtered and processed, you can't just take old vegetable oil and use it as diesel. contact a local diesel mechanics shop, or you may even be able to look into the epa website, maybe.
