Oodly enough, I was wondering this same thing myself today. I think one is absurd. However, the excessive amount my 6 year old uses is probably equally ridiculous. I'd say, it depends on how much business you have.

depends on the type of "business" being taken care of. for example, one would not want to be restricted to just one square if they were dealing with a rather nasty stomach virus, however, if one needed to remove a bit of dried mucous, or booger, from the nasal passages, one square would be sufficient.

if you use one square of TP you will probably get poo on your fingers which is probably not what you want. i use a minimum of 4-5 squares for each wipe. and then wipe clean. i usually shower after to be sure my *** is as clean as can be.

well i really don't count, but i would say 10 or so for one wipe, you might need to wipe twice maybe even 3 times
