So far as I know, Yahoo does not do anything about questions posted here. Questions or answers may get pulled if there is sufficient complaint after the fact. Questions where the asker has not chosen Best Answer may be evaluated later by a panel of experts to choose the best answer.

i hope not, if they evaluate the questions i'll never get one shown. i ask some really weird questions sometimes. like i lost my marbles has anyone found them. oh well i'll just wait and see.
