ummm i felt really dehidrated in the summer and fall while playing soccer...usually during have time i eat oranges because they have lots of sugar and give me more energy,,,or you can get energy drinks such as gatorade or powerade or some other energy drink...that only happens when im on the sideline, but when i am playing i try my best to stay focused and then use all my energy on the field and ask to be called out to the sideline when i get really hot and cant run.
also usually one of my team members bring a bottle so they can spray water at our faces to cool down, sometimes the coaches bring a big cooler and it has extra water in it

I used to belong to a Russian run gym and one day one of the staff was saying how when they played the Russians at soccer (keep in mind that members of the gym were American born and played for the American team) the Russians were able to play longer and more energy. So one day some one from the American Team snuck into the Russian's locker room and they found that they were taking Sucrose Tablets.
These are pure natural sugar and I later bought some and I did find that I had more energy than before, but when it wore off, it was a hard let down and I because aggressive and angry. But it did do the job and your the first person I ever told this to. Now the secret is out!

Listen to some music that pumps you up, and you have to do some things before the game like tell yourself, "No way am i going to let this pansy past me" Just get inside your own head and pump yourself up, anything to get the adrenaline going, even a crowd to just cheer you on, have a parent even just yell your name, anything helps. It really is all mentally

Creatine: Use the 100 percent kind and use the correct amount! that stuff will keep you up like a bull, but dont masturbate or sex or anything like that because it will loose your mojo to keep you up during soccer game.
