1. You're thirteen. You have no idea what your real sexuality is like and if you are "very attracted [to] two guys" then, chances are, you're just another one of the squad looking for a relationship.

2. Homosexuality =/= being a bad Catholic.

3. Thinking you might have an attraction to a girl doesn't mean you should suddenly start buring Bibles and messing around in the bathroom. It just means you're a normal teenager.

At 13 it really is hard to know what is sexuality and what is puberty and knowing who you are. I understand the fear. A lot of girls your age develop 'crushes' on other girls. It happens right up through college but they end up being straight and going off to marry and have kids. Others turn out to be straight or bi. I would just hold off a little bit and see where it all leads you.

Maybe try and find out if there is a support group in your community where you could call someone to talk to. I expect that at 13 it would be kind of scary to go some place like that on your own.

My advice is to relax. Yes, this can happen at puberty, and sometimes it goes away and sometimes it doesn't, and that's OK. Whatever way you go, you are who you are, and there's no reason to feel ashamed of that, bi, gay, metro, strait, or something in between. God forgives, and loves, ALL his children, right? You're just appreciating all the beauty He brings into this world, male and female.

a question though:

you can't talk to a counselor who knows what they're talking about, but you want all of us to insult you and then preach at you?

(hint hint onehanginglo, no offense, but it seems like that's all you ever do)

(well, you and everyone else who thinks that praying solves everything. i'm sure if God has a message to this day and age, it's "hey, meet Me halfway here! I can't just miracle every poor sap who ever had a problem! That's why you have free will, that even I can't control, because perfect is inanely boring. Believe Me, 'I' know.")

First do not be afraid of your feelings. most young people go through a stage about your age of feeling just like you do now. And many experiment with some level of female/female expermentation. Iwould recomend you not. Butyou have to work your own feelings out. A lot of your "embarrasment" is probably from your catholic teaching and all that is going on in that orginization about the priests and all. And, because so many your age do have "those feeloings" they tend to get really uptiht about it and tell all the dirty jokes they can and make fun of others about being "different" and such. goes for the guys as well

In all the sexual stuff right now... just try to kind of cool it... do not let yourself get all carried away about any of it... I know...it is hard to do with all the hormones rushing and all...but it can be done... wait untill you have a bit more experience in life befor you get into any of the sexual stuff...either way... If you think it is hard now to figgure out...just wait a few years...it gets harder... but you will have a bit more maturity to handel it better in say 5 yrs or so.

As for the sexual feelings ingeneral... you can take care of any "urges" yourself... just do not get to carried away and wake up the house in the middle of the night...
Good luck

It's possibly just puberty. Wait a while and see what happens. You may be mistaking admiration for attraction. At that age with all the hormones flowing thru your system it's amazing that you can even recognise the difference in like, love, and attraction much less consider the fact that you are possibly attracted to someone of the same gender.

Well, the chances are you're not even bi at all. A lot of girls your age think that they are because either they're really worried about it or they don't really know what it's like to be attracted to anyone so they think they're attracted to both.

If you are, you're attracted to guys, too, so just ignore the girl part and live a normal life.

I wouldn't worry honey, most women at some point in their life have been attracted to another woman! At thirteen you are too young to be thinking about stuff like that. Give it a few more years and I am sure it ill all be clear to you!

I think you should go to your church and pray to God to help you with those STRANGE attractions. That is not normal, no matter what people tell you. You can get help in praying and by talking to a trusted counselor. I will pray for you.
