I opened up a link to listen to a station and it started playing in ITunes, so I started to wonder if it was possible.

You'd have to get an add on for your iPod but i think that apple or someone makes a radio attachment.

You can't listen to live, streaming music from an iPod. However, you may be able to get a podcast of that station's broadcast and listen to it later.
