I'd have to say it was a toss-up between a 3 hour masterpiece by Pearl Jam at the Key Arena in '02 or the outdoor performance by Live in '95 in support of Throwing Copper. Everything else pales in comparison.

The beginning of the Taking Back Sunday show.
The opening chords played, and it was pretty much the coolest thing ever.

Went to a Pantera concert in 94 or 95 in FortWorth Texas . It was in a hockey arena . And the place was on fire by the end of the show . The music was great to .

You got it right with the Pearl Jam. I've seen lots of bands that are legendary, but none of them are PJ good. They are the best live band in the last 20 years. The two shows they did at the gorge in WA this summer were the best shows I've ever seen.

13 minute versions of Evenflow, 2 bottles of wine for Eddie, Jeff's family in the audience, and Mick McCready ending the shows with the star spangled banner a la Hendrix........they rocked my face off.

The Rolling Stones in Phila, PA. It was so hot that they were hosing off the crowd with fire trucks and hoses but it was the best concert I have ever seen.

A concert at our church. It was the Paul Colman Trio. Definitely the most amazing concert I've ever been to.

Elton John. He was great. He did not have his band with him at that time, but he banged that piano for hours!! JUST GREAT
