Tell 'em they need to "wash, wash" cause things down there is "stank, stank". Usually when you say the word twice, it put more emphasis on the action.

i'm sure its not a hygien issue. she probably has an infection. you can go about the situation in a nice way when you two are alone, if shes your friend tell her asap you shouldnt let people walk around talking about her. im sure if you can smell it she can smell it herself.
