Muriatic acid is the only way to truly remove stains from pavement (cement) on driveways or garage floors or sidewalks. You can buy it at Home Depot or Lowes. Trust me, get a small bottle, it will work. be very careful not to get it in contact with your skin or eyes or inhale it. Pour it on the stain, let it set, use an old brush that you will throw away afterward and scrub it and let it set a bit. Keep any pets away from the area and hose it off with water.

I had a mechanic at a small garage leave PS fluid sitting on a flat surface on the under-motor "skirt". It made it home but spilled on my driveway when I drove down my driveway. He dropped off a container of cleaning fluid (in just a plastic grape juice container) and said to pour it on the stain, wait 15 minutes and hose off. I was skeptical but it made the stain disappear. MAYBE YOU CAN CALL A GARAGE AND ASK IF THEY'VE HEARD OF SUCH A THING? i'M CERTAIN ACCIDENTS HAPPEN OCCASIONALLY AND THEY PROBABLY ALL HAVE SOME OF THIS SUPER DOOPER CLEANER. (musta hit the caps lock).

Wait until it weathers off. Try spraying the tire shine on a rag instead of the tire. It keeps it off your wheels, too.

Unfortunately there's no real way to get it out. Tire shine is a sealing agent. I recommend putting your car out on the street next time you do it.

Use Simple Green! You can get at Wal-Mart or some place like that! It works on oil and grease too!

Contact the manufacturer. There should be some information on the container.

it'll wear off with the weather. Or you could scrub it with dawn dish soap.
