My legs are very soft. I shave them everyday so there isnt a lot of scraping like some girls. I never dry shave. I do it in the bath with lathered , ladies shaving gel. I think it's very important to dry your skin thoroughly...don't leave water on skin as it dries the skin...don't rub the towel..pat it on the skin. I use a body cream after each bath called Neutrogena...it has no perfume and is wonderful for softening and keeping the skin soft. All the skin needs to be cared for or it'll dry out. This also includes drinking a lot of water...I drink about 6 to 8 bottles of water a day...and I eat well. Yes, I eat junk food but not to excess. Good luck:)

Stay away from the baby oil. It is pure mineral oil, which over time, ages your skin.

Find a good salt scrub. If you use one with essential oils, such as Country Bunny Bath & Body's, it will soften your legs and can be done PRIOR to shaving. When you rinse the salt off, the oils will still be on your skin and you won't have to use shaving cream to shave.

When you get out of the shower, apply Shea Butter. Shea Butter is the ultimate moisturizer.

Exfoliating will slough off pore clogging dead skin and makes for better lotion absorbtion.

Also, if you are using regular bar soap, switch to glycerin. Glycerin is a humectant and will help your skin retain its own natural moisture.

Below are links to: The Benefits of Glycerin, The Benefits of Exfoliating, and details about Shea Butter as a lotion.

I love the Bath and Body Works lotions, especially the ones that smell like chocolate. If you use their liquid soaps as well to bathe your skin will remain moisturized better than with bar soaps.

Make a raid at B&B Works and find products that you like the scent and texture of. Unlike most retail stores the employees are very knowledgable and will be happy to help you.

after you shower put a ton of lotion on your legs and just don't wear anything but the robe for the next ten minutes or so. Skirts are probably ok too. After every other shower or so repeat. If this doesn't work try soap repeatedly before bed.

use a body wash with exofaliants in it, it gets rid of dead skin without shaving. i really like the pomegranate one from Caress, it smells great too. then use a good lotion all over and wait a few minutes before you get dressed to let it absorb. use any avveno lotion, there not greasy, or if you're really dry try some baby oil. just don't forget the lotion or oil b/c exfoiliating can dry your skin

well, if you dont want to shave then i think you should try this out. i did it a few times and my legs were so soft i could barely feel them. hehe not exactly but you know wut i mean ;)
so take soap and put it on a damp clost, then rub it on your legs so that bubbles form. after, leave the bubbles on your leg and take something hard (if u dont want a razr then use your nail, the hair will not get off but it will make your skin feel different) so once you wipe the bubbles off rinse your legs. let them dry (without a towel) then put nivea body lotion. your legs will be rlly soft.

after a hot shower, don't shave your leg
it's true that it will feel smooth but not for a long time, use natural sticky objects, to remove the hair from the roots, then apply olive oil and wait 15 minutes....
after a month your skin will be like a baby..

Use Nair or Veet to remove hair. Than use a lotion like Lubriderm or Aveeno. You'll look great! Good luck! : ) Smiles from me!

If you're not looking for shaving, lotions, soaps, or anything like that, then you're talking genetics.
