Does anyone get instant headaches when they run?I get them so severely in school, but Im not a person who will go home because of a headache.I get them everyday during gym, and they last for at least an hour. It's constant throbbing, and my face gets extremely red, when nothing else does.I do have high blood pressure, not severe enough to have diabetes or prediabetes, but I forgot to mention it to my doctor on my last physical. My parents arent aware of it.I drink enough water.I mostly get them in the day time. What is wrong with me?Should I see a doctor?Ive had it for more than a year, and I think if it doesnt improve, im going to quit sports because i dont have enough patience for it to last hours of the day.

If you are getting a lot of headaches when you are doing any active activity, I would go see a doctor right away for that. That could be something serious!

Good luck!

Are you an Athletic?
If not, do you always play sports?

It is normal for a person who is not Athletica and not always play sports. When is sport time you may be try really hard to play and enjoy but because your body doesn't get enough air and you body will start getting tire and you just keep playing and your body need you to rest and get some air.

You have headaches when you run , it is just your body need you to rest. But trust me if you keep practice like work-out a little bit your body will get strong and it won't be headaches all the time.
YOu can drink more water, and eat a lot of Banana, that will help!

I had that kinda some problem as you , but my is much different, when I run under the sun and if the sun is shine on me and I close my eyes I will be dizzy and feel want to pass-out , or the sun is shine on the gate and it keep flashing on me when I run I will also get dzzy and feel want to pass-out too!

I am a low blood!

Yeah see the doc. If you are cleared, ask yourself these questions. Do you like to run or exorcise ? When do you experience stress? head aches are sometimes are mind over matter. Don't drink too much water that has given me headaches in the past. don't drink Gatorade until you are done running either

I used too but it's all in the breathing. I used to hold my breathe or tense too much but learn to breathe with your mouth closed and take shorter breathes. Eventually your endurance will build up and you will feel great. Hope this hopes.
