Create your own on the computer.
State what you do, what your benefit is.
Area of Town located in, cost of service if applicable.
Voice mail number if possible (nothing like a drunk at 3am). decide if to be used as carflyers 1/4 page size or door hangers 1/2 page, biz card flyers 1/10 page.
Do 3 copy forms (tells which one is effective) on different coloured paper no heavier than 67#. Copy them your self (Off.Max/Depot) 1000 cards copy and track call returns. Do the foot work your self don't pay some one (your kids OK) else to put flyers out.

Do you want inexpensive or do you want great? If its inexpensive, then 'roll your own' using whatever software you have. If its great, have a designer put something together for you. For a few hundred bucks, your business will look better and impress more.

As a general rule, marketing pieces are the wrong place to save money. Splurge a little and make a GREAT impression!

Go to Office Depot... Kinko's is too $$$, and hiring a graphic artist can be very $$$ too. Buy a program like PrintShop, and do it yourself, then take a copy to Office Depot for copying on good paper. Color is more expensive than b&w. Just make sure several ppl proof read your draft, to check for grammar, spelling, and readability.

www.vista.com is the best and least expensive!
They have templates and you can design your own. In some cases all you pay is the shipping.
