I'm 14 and I use cocoa butter, It smells good, it doesn't cost much and works really well, you can find it pretty much anywhere that sells lotion.

Age doesn't really apply to what kind of lotion you should use on your legs...unless your an infant or something, lol.
Just pick a good lotion suitable for your skin type (ie. dry, oily, etc.)

well. at victorias secret they have body oil for extremely dry skin. i use that and then over it i use burts bees body creme. it keeps my legs really nice and shiny all day
