How come in movies, when people are done talking on the phone, they rarely say "bye". Do U say bye after U

My husband almost never does and it drives me crazy - even if he's not talking to me when he does it to someone else. I think it is so rude. I don't know why, but it's like being short with someone.

I hate that! I like it when people say bye, then I know for sure that I am not hanging up on them. Because I think that is rude too!

Yeah, I always say bye in a conservation. It just common way to end all type of conservation.

well of course so like if you have to go somewhere you will allways say bye they will not just hang up without saying bye unlees that person is mad

humm... i don't know it's the same with eating you don't see people eatting (i mean you see the food and evreything but you don't see them eathing it, and if they do it's eather like a bite or their meal is inturupted by something or someone. ) or going to he bathroom in movies eather...... i guess it's because they thing it's a wast of time and of film roll or something who knows. i agree for people who are trying to make films seem as reolistic as possibul they sure leave out evreyday things.
