this is a question that a lot of poeple have asked and shouldn't be removed. I do believe that some of the spiritual powers that be want us to trade love that was ment to be for love that wasn't this hurts both you and the person involved. However love could be ment to be but the love that the partners want to communicate to each other isn't recieved in a way that make them feel loved. if you think this is true ask your partner (first because nobody likes to be told what to do) what would make them feel loved. But if you feel you do have to break up go over your past. Is there someone you remember that had the greatest capacity for love?(we can be wrong) can you contact this person? True love - real love and successful relationships are based on trust, communication, respect, etc - so your question makes it sound as though you assume love and communication do not go together ; that they lack in relationships.
Not in mine - we communicate and we both know what the other wants, needs and likes - we know how to make other feel loved because it is effortless.. it is like I was meant to do that for him in my life.

"What the hell kind of question am I asking?" is a more appropriate heading for your issue. If you love someone, you don't stop loving them. Otherwise it was just a crush.
