If you are asking, for your self, or another, about preventative measures to reduce alcohol consumption, you may have a problem. People who do not have a problem with alcohol rarely need to ask about reducing intake; if they see it is becoming a problem, they reduce consumption. Think about it.

Kava Kava is a great alcohol replacement...careful if u have liver problems though
