Go on walks with your baby and do yoga/pilates stuff. Nothing like starving yourself or doing intense exercise becuase you're still recovering. Mariska Hartigay (Best Actress award at the Emmys for Law & Order SVU) had a baby in July? I believe and when she was at the Emmy's she was still fat, so not all the celebrities jump right back after birth. Maybe try Jenny Craig or a weight loss place, or get a personal trainer, or exercise with a fellow friend who may've just given birth, well, you get the idea.
Eat healthy, until you are full, but don't eat when you're not hungry :)
Congratulations.
P.S.: Don't get too caught up that you forget about your baby lol

Nursing my babies and exercise. I did not get alot of stretch marks just a few on my breasts. I used the aloe plant on my stretch marks and very few scars left. It might smell but it works for all kinds of things.

Exercise, and just a basic diet.
(Remember it is not healthy to lose more than 2 pounds a week.)
