Wow i'm always giving this website out myself. I'm glad to see here are others doing the same. All we can do is give them the info its there choice to use it or not.
When my toddler was having repeated ear infections someone told me about the site and to take him off dairy for a while. And i'm like what we love cheese and ice cream and .... Anyway i tried it and his ear infections went away. They were talking about putting tubes in his ears. I never really use any type of medicine at all ever. So when my child had his 23rd ear infection i had to try other stuff and there was no harm in seeing if it was going to help my child.

Yogurt is supposed to keep women from getting yeast infections and dairy in general helps women from getting broken bones......................so it sounds to me like it is unsafe to not consume dairy.

Excuse me while I go have a yogurt snack and prepare some cheese enchiladas using the chili gravy recipe that I just received here in Yahoo Answers.

Am I going to die?
Life is terminal. I would rather take my chances than go through like with a yeasty, itchy butt while I am in a body cast.

If you know something I do not that makes yeast and broken bones the better choice, please advise.

Dont beleive that website. The truth is that there a lot of good things in milk and that website is just trying to convert people to vegans or something

I don't believe that. I mean we are told from the time we are little that we need to drink milk. It is a lie?
