nope. google and yahoo only go as far as principle roads-o city or neighborhood streets.

I think they only do the US and Canada.

Map quest doesn't have detailed maps of most American cities due to the fact that sub-divisions, new roads and progress keeps them from keeping up on what's going on. Yes it is very frustrating.

Probably because mapquest is not as good or reliable as google earth or yahoo maps.

Try:
www.yahoo.com and go to maps...

or,

www.google.com and download (for free) google earth.
