I don't know why people don't like him now. People has always underastimated him as an actor. And there is no reason not to like his smile. I don't like smiling celebrities but Tom is an exception.
And he's a good person than anyother celebrities. You can't find anyone like him in Hollywood.

Tom Cruise is a notoriously BAD actor with an ego problem and is so obsessed with his own "spin" it is sickening. He, personally, appears crazy when he smiles with all his fake veneers sticking out. By the way-have you seen him smile pre-veneers in his early work? You might not like it so much...

Okay, since you have confused his acting with his personal life, I must comment. Tom Cruise is a good actor. Not the best, but good. His attitutude however stinks. I'm sorry, but he sticks his nose in places they don't belong. Unless he has a medical degree, I can't see how he can comment on post pardum depression or any other medical problem. If he would shut his mouth and be an actor, then people would like him again. He has considered himself to be an expert on topics and that is where he messed up.

I think Tom WAS a good actor and MAY have been a good person at one time. Now, he is overrated and a bit crazy. Poor Katie having to deal with a wacko and becoming a mom so young and having convert to Tom's Scientology beliefs.

Tom is a good actor. Well he was in like Risky Business and War of the Worlds. But he's a little bit coo coo. Look at his Oprah episode, he went nuts and people have been questioning his sanity.

I actually haven't really liked him in a while. The last movie I thought he was really good in was Rainman, and before that The Color of Money (great film).

He's a good actor, but I don't think he stretches himself as much as he did when he was younger, and for the kind of money he wants to command for work he should give more of himself to the role.

Tom Cruise is all right. But he does tend not to check with his brain first before he states an opinion. He has been very strange lately. He really has said some very hurtful, wrong, and very stupid things to.

You are right, "You CAN'T find anyone like HIM in Hollywood."

While I agree he is a fine actor, I will never see another movie he acts in. I wouldn't want to contribute further to his mental illness. I realize this brainwashing may not be his fault; but as an adult, he is responsible to fix it.

well funny thing about America, Tom Cruise should be viewed as an actor and nothing more, nobody should care who he is with or what he does, he should only be judged on acting ability

I think Tom is on his way to being a good actor. (I am pretty choosy when it comes to good acting) Anyway besides the goofs he keeps making he will get very good at his craft, I'm sure.
