Memoirs are just reflections of a certain time or event in your life, usually one that had an effect on your life.
I had to write a short memoir last year. At first I couldn't think of anything- I've never had anything huge happen to me, I've never had to overcome huge obstacles, etc. I thought my life was pretty dull. But I was able to use a time when a friend of the family, a young woman, died unexpectedly, and I expanded on how that made me more perceptive of appreciating family and friends that I may take for granted. I also said how it influenced my career choices- I decided I would never become a doctor, ever.
Hopefully this gave you some idea of what to do. Just ist and think back on your life, on things that have made you into the person you are now. Pick one of those things and expand on it. Have fun!

I've been a writer, since I learned how, and have some thoughts.
Many memoirs disclose thoughts and opinions that are often negative, with regard to the person YOU are writing about.
I suggest you describe, someone you care,,,or cared about, and even if they are still alive, write something decent about them. In this case you will be like a narrator, and will share thoughts, experiences, hopefully truths, about that person.
It need not be deep, or lengthy, or negative, but can be humorous even in expressing some minor faults or issues you were involved in, or experienced.
You don't need a website, or even one to read, about someone else. Choose this project as a personal one, and even if you happen to write it as if it was a "Roast",,, be kind, or respectful.
Example: Memoir of Mom... "I love her, and she showed that to me,,,even when she made me eat the green food on my dinner plate."
Then you can expand on that.

I can't believe how my life has been. When I was *insert age*, I *insert action. I felt so *insert emotion*. I wish I had *insert wish* instead of *insert action*.
And expand.
