Ebay is the best, as you can often find whole series boxsets on there for relatively cheap prices (I bought all the series of Fruits Basket on there - 3 discs - for around £14). I know you can get Hellsing on there too, as my friend did so, though Im not sure about Yami no Matusuei. But make sure to check the region is compatible with your player beforehand, and always buy from reputable sellers (obviously!). Otherwise, try using www.kelkoo.co.uk to find the cheapest prices. Good luck!!

Avoid ebay like the plague. If you reside in the continental United States, I suggest purchasing from http://www.sphiatt.com They have lowest prices, and free shipping. Also, they are known for their blow out sales. I caught the entire Ranma series for 75.00 which includes all episodes, the OVAs and the movies. It really doesn't get any better than that. If you aren't satisfied with them, you can also try http://www.discountanimedvd.com You -may- be able to get a decent deal from them, but they don't give free shipping and the only worthwhile sales are on Saturdays.

You could try: www.tokyopop.com and find the bit where you can order the DVDs. Otherwise, e-bay would be my other obvious choice.
