No, delete it. Yahoo doesn't send out things like that.

No. Tell Spamguard it's spam. Then change your spam settings so that your Yahoo mail account automatically deletes all spam (what it sees as spam. For the most part, it's pretty accurate).
It probably contains some virus called "Network Worm".
I read once that Internet Explorer has the worst problems with viruses. Mozilla Firefox has the best. You're not as vulnerable to viruses that way.

Hey, good of you to ask this question. Of course by now you know it is a virus simply by reading the other answers posted before mine.. However, now would be a good time for you to consider installing an antivirus product on your computer such as mcafee or norton. Not to be rude or anything, but if you are asking such a basic question as this, then chances are that you are vulnerable to viruses due to your lack of knowledge of them and how they work.
But that is ok! You do not have to be a computer expert to avoid them, nor do you need to be paranoid from now on due to this one experiance. Simply do as I mentioned earlier and install something like norton internet security or the mcafee version of that and you'll be fine.
Hope this helps.

Never click ANY attachment or file with a .exe extension in any e mail. An .exe extension is a program that will run on your computer...most likey a virus. Simply delete that e mail.

That looks like the signature of a Kerberos virus; it is an executable file (.exe) and should NOT be opened.

delete it now!!!!!! That is not the real Yahoo.
You should do a "full header" if you know how and fwd. the whole thing to: Abuse@yahoo.com for them to track down.
FULL HEADER is required to do them any good.
