Does anyone know anything about the Singer millennium series sewing machine model 6416?

I have tried researching this on the web ,but this machine does not come up at all. I want to know why it skips a couple of stitches as I am sewing.

This could be a result of a slightly bent needle; you should also check the thread tension both for the top thread and the bobbin.

You should be able to get this info on the Singer website, through Google.
