Wash them in the washing machine with Red RIT clothing dye. Wash alone, unless you have other things you want to dye red. Add 1/2 cup vinegar at the rinse cycle - to set the colour. Dry in dryer, and wear as usual.
You may get a little red on your legs the first wear, but wash them again IN COLD WATER ONLY forever more - there will be no more red stain.

You mean partially dye your jeans red? I imagine that RIT dye, available in most grocery/ drug stores, would dye jeans, and if you only wanted them tinted red, you would just take the jeans out of the dye before they were completely dyed red. Any fabric dye that works on the fabric blend that your jeans are should work if you can't find RIT.

get a bottle of red henna rinse and add to the rinse water. Then rinse again.
