well, i was told that if i finish school in an other place i can only and only work there and not in anyother place is that for real or not

This should be under "Higher Education" rather than "Special Education."

Anyways, as long as your university in Albania is accredited, and you pass the BAR exam in the US, you can work as a lawyer in the US. You just need to take the BAR exam to get your legal liscense.

You would probably have to take the bar exam again because different countries have different laws. Some of the laws in Albania might not apply here and vice versa. In fact the different states have different even opposing laws sometimes. Contact the bar association of the State you would like to practice in.
