In GTA'S Liberty City Stories, PS2 Where's the Love Media to deliver the vehicles that they call for?

Question

There was a mission that I had completed & this mission ended at
the "Love Media" but I didn't realize that you had to do a vehicle de-
livery until I stole a nice ride & the little flag icon appeared in the corner or the tv screen & said "love media needs one of these". Now I can't remember where I found the L.M. in the game. Any detailed answers would be greatly appriciated. Thankyou.
