When I shave or use creams, there are still some little black hairs left or sometimes they are under the skin. How do I get my underarms all skin adn no hair or no shadow under my skin from the hair under neath. Shaving isn't an opton

I need something I can do at home because I am 14 and my mom doesn't want me to shave or wax but i shave sometimes anyways but it really doesn't work

I would say waxing. Try to set up waxing sessions at a good salon nearby. Also, maybe you want to look into permanent removal (for the most part) like Electrolysis and Laser Hair Removal.

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

You can buy at home waxing kits if you don't want to pay a lot. You can get them at Walmart or Target. Or you can get it professionaly done.
