Don't know of any in central london, but there's loads in East London. Green street has the best & cheapest. About £3 for eyebrow threading and it's really nicely done.

Go to NYNC. They're a chain but they're good. They have locations in Mayfaire, 2 in Kensington, Marylebone (the best one), and Notting Hill. I can't remember how much I paid but I was able to get a bikini wax and eyebrow thread for under 35.

There's a place called Glow if I remeber right in Selfridges.
Think they charge about £15, but canot be certian.
Central is very expensive.
