Nobody knows for certain when the next major hurricane will make landfall. The storm you're talking about doesn't even exist yet, and it's not really possible to predict where hurricanes will make landfall before they're even formed.

No one knows because weather changes all the time. The next name depends on how many hurricanes/tropical storms there are going to be before it. All names go in alphabetical order.
