Anyone have any tips for putting some zing back in my step?

Eat better and exercise more. I was a fat 252 lbs (!). I'm 35 lbs. lighter and I'm not as lethargic as I used to be (but I still have a long way to go as far as weight loss is concerned).

You could be anemic or dehydrated , check with your Doctor .

take some B complex vitamins. also drink some ginsing tea.
