Yes, I can cook. I like to bake too. I'm no expert, I just like to cook the normal, everyday things. We're just a normal, everyday kind of family.

Yes I can! I'm finally feeling like I'm getting really good at cooking, where before I just felt like I knew enough to get by... I was the casserole queen! Right now I am into trying new recipes and getting creative. Last night I had the in-laws over for dinner and made an Orange Pepper Steak that was fantastic! It felt really good to impress my mother-in-law, Betty Crocker herself. :-)

Mostly anything but French cuisine. I prefer southern home style cooking though. I love to cook and experiment in the kitchen :)

I can cook just about anything. But my specialty is clam chowder. I garantee one thing with my chowder. YOU will get clams in every spoonful. Right to the last spoon. To date the only person who has ever complained is my father. BUT I honestly think he is jealous more than anything.

I've had a love for cooking since i was a kid, my favorite food to cook, would have to be seafood gumbo.

It has nothing to do with cooking. Expertise is a person's level of knowledge on a subject. For example, if you were to say "All I know about carpentry is it has to do with wood, and that's about the level of my expertise on that subject".
