He was found guilty of 'subconscious plagiarism'. He demonstrated for the judge how he wrote the tune and the judge accepted that Harrison thought it was original, but as it was identical to He's So Fine it was ruled he must have heard it in the past and forgotten about it. If this had happened 30 years later he could have claimed he was just 'sampling' it.

George Harrison wrote it in 1970. He was into Hare Krishna, which mainstream Christians consider a cult. The song is a prayer from Harrison to this so-called god.
