There are people who do not work hard or possess the requisite skills as yet they want to get rewards of all kinds through short cut methods which means manipulating people, circumstances and situations.Sufferers are people with skills and hardwork. They are left stranded as their rewards are usurped by such manipulators. What do you think about this?Should merit decide all kinds of rewards or manipulations.

Hmmmm.....What you are saying is there are those who want all the goodies that come from hard work, yet do not want to put in the hard work, therefore they brown nose others, and develop shortcuts to get these rewards.

Others do not brown nose...just work hard.

The hard workers are the long timers. They are tried and true., and are the ones folks come to for help and advice.

The brown nosing manipulators are a flash in the pan, and everyone knows they are a flash in the pan, and almost nobody comes to them for advice.

Actually, to me, the best reward for hard work is the feeling of accomplishment I get.

I am all for shortcuts to getting things done only if the resulting work is sturdy, and solid, and not shoddy. I develop shortcuts myself...but before I develop the shortcuts ,I learn to walk the walk so if my shortcuts are too short, I have the knowledge to go back and try something else.

And brown nosing...some brown nosing is just fine. Complementing others to their face is an art we as a society seem to have forgotten. ..normally we tell others all about their failings, and tell them their mother wears army boots.

Oohhhhh....I just looked at the way your question was originally stated....Could someone buy my vote....hell no.
