So, one of my ribs on my back has been hurting for almost a week now when I sit for long periods of time and when I breathe in deeply. I am not sure what this is!

Also, a few days ago I woke up and was getting sharp pains in my chest/stomach area right below where my bra sits. I am not sure if these are associated or what is going on! HELP!

Go see a doctor. If it's a bruised rib you'll get some painkillers.

Go get an xray in your local hospital. Rib may be cracked or broken. I've had broken ribs in the past by being hugged. It's very sore!!! Still sore in the cold weather.

Best to go to the doctor to make sure. I've had bruised/cracked
ribs several times and that's very similar to what I experienced.
Last about a month, give or take.

Your rib could be dislocated bruised or fractured. If it is dislocated you need to seek medical attention. If bruised of fractured it may take several painful weeks to heal. Feel better soon,:)
