I play guitar and lift everyday and it doesn't slow me down. As long as you play alot you will be ok. wearing gloves when you lift can help also.

Your fingers are affected only by your practice of guitar playing, I played too, and when I stopped I lost my skill, bodybuilding is healthy, it does not affect the way you play.
