Up untill JMS (Amazing Spiderman writer) made Peter spin his own biological webs they used to deteriorate after about Two hours. Now with his new "organic" webbing i have no idea.

I don't simply know what happens to Spider-Man's webs after he uses them. My opinion is that they just disappear or maybe he cleans up after himself like a proper gentleman.

They distinagrate over time, its designed to do that, if you watched the old cartoon, it shows peter making some webbing and talking about how its designed to dissolve over time and only strong enough so that he can break them.
