THIS ia cruel plz do not do that or one day ..u will be tied to a car bumper and we will see what what will happen after we cross the clothes line in the nxt neighbour hood

I have heard of it but always hoped it was someone's sick imagination. Anyone who would do a thing like that, there is no way I would trust them around children. I would also report it to the police and SPCA

Not really, but when my mom was a child, she used to put cats in plastic bags and hang them in the clothesline until they suffocate (my grandmother always told her cats were the incarnation of the devil...).
