Depends on the audience you are trying to impress. Harvard is the obvious one, and probably still would be tops. However, many people think of it as full of head in the clouds rich kids. I know one guy who left it off his resume because he felt it actually detracted from his ability to get a job.

If the audience wants a modern university, I'd vote for MIT or Stanford and leave the ivy league behind.
