I already have litter trained them.I have enough toys to keep them busy for three lifetimes. They are my heart and soul and I just want to make sure I give them every possible thing in life that makes it more fun and enjoyable for my two little angels. They are both females.

The fact that you love and care for them is the most important first step! After that--diet is important. Feed them timothy based pellets at 1/4 cup per 5 lbs. each morning. In the evening, give them mostly romain lettuce and other dark green leafy produce. Limit the carrots, despite what you think. Limit fruit. Give unlimited timothy hay. Keep them out of drafts or direct sunlight. They do best at temperatures of 72 degrees or less. I have a playpen for my bunnies, but I also let them roam freely for a couple hours a day for exercise. Watch out that they do not chew electrical cords (or furniture!) Go to the House Rabbit Society web page and they have all kinds of tips for house rabbits. My bunnies love a small piece of banana on occasion for a treat-but bananas have too much sugar to give on a regular basis. They also like broccoli heads and baby carrots for treats.

Find a vet who specializes in pet rabbits. Then, have them spayed or neutered (whichever is necessary).

We have an adorable floppy eared bunny who our neighbors found hopping all over our front lawn very late one night. We think someone just decided to get rid of it. What an adorable pet! We read that it is very good to have two of them to avoid loneliness and depression. Also read that they can be litter box trained! We have a fenced-in back yard and let the bunny run around almost every day. Bunnies like to play with toys. Ours has a ball and loves to push it around the crate. We read that mesh-floored crates hurt their feet, so we have ours on a solid bottom.

Google it and you'll get so much to read and learn.

You need to have a rabbit-savvy vet. Many exotics vets are capable of treating bunnies but MAKE SURE by asking them specifically.

Have them spayed. Up to 50% of females develop cancer by age 2 or 3 if they are not spayed.

Feed them timothy or other grass based hays, as much as they want, but limit their pellet intake by weight. Charts are easy to find online.

I have a lop and used 2 have a mini rex. I've learned that my bunny can be trained as long as you have lots of positive reinforcement and something that they want and that you can train a cat to stay away from them. Also they can use litter boxes easily and they need as much space as possible along with a cage thatn isn't wire grids because that gave my bunny blisters. :)

well, when you're rabbits are really happy and are connected to you, let them out of their cage, and run away from them. If they like you, they'll run towards you and jump and twist their bodies really fast. That's called a binky.

Also, never hit you're bunny. You could hit their noses softly but never punch, kick, or throw you're bunny. Their affection towards you will decrease, and they might start to get aggressive by biting you, or running into you with their head down.

And one last thing, when you're carrying you're bunny, and it starts to kick, DO NOT keep holding it. Don't drop it, but place it on the floor quickly but lightly. If you keep holding it, it might break their spinal cord. Yeah. That's mostly it.

I remember seeing someone had created a rabbit ROOM in their home. Look for that site/page. If you don't have kids, lol. I had a rabbit and it pooped like crazy, was a slob, spilling everything. But soooo cute! Look up sites that teach you how to make toys for your rabbit, a cooler more fun habitat or cage! Learn how to make rabbit treats in your kitchen! Owning a pet is more fun when you make them things :)
