A finger would fit in just fine, same as a tampon. If it didn't, I would be worried.
As for the rest, it sounds like you are extremely tense and that tension is causing all the muscles down there to tighten up and not allow room for penetration. If your hymen is still intact, your first time will most likely hurt. But if it's hurting that badly, either your body just isn't ready or there is something wrong.
Have you seen an ob-gyn? If you are old enough to be sexually active, you are going to start needing to take care of that part of you.

It is going to hurt the first time and the first time is not the dreamy pleasant ooh my goodness as people make it out to be. You have to take a deep breath and relax. Place a pillow under your hips and just let him do it. You are going to have some bleeding probably but don't be alarmed. Unless it doesn't stop for approximately 3/4 days?. Good luck!

Maybe you're just not getting into it with him, try some KY jelly or some other lubricant. If you're old enough have a glass of wine to relax. Why would you worry about having sex with your fiance if he says such bad things about "fat people" and you state that you are on the heavy side? Leave him and try your attempts at sex with a more experienced "Lover" not just a ****er. good luck to you

do you want to have sex with your bf just because he wants you too or do you want it too?
cause you may may think that you want to have sex with him because he has convinced you but subconciously you dont want to thats why you dont allow yourself to relax
in case you are positive that you want to have sex with your bf make sure that are really wet down there ( and that means lots of foreplay) before he tries to penetrate
and as someone else said dont expect your first time to be a pleasent one
some women hurt a lot and some a little but sex becomes a pleasure for them after quite a few times

Try getting to know each other a bit better before you try again. One you know each other more then you should feel more relaxed
