Who hates i wen ppl like me type all weird? Like 4 example instead of sayin (two-2, for-4,this-dis,etc....)???

If you can prove that you have a good grasp on how to use the language, I don't mind it as much. But, if you really can't spell or convey a thought properly, this sort of haphazard typing only serves to make the message that much more difficult/annoying to try to comprehend. Thus, the hatred.

I don't mind. Or actually it depends on the words. For example, I don't mind chat language in numbers or "cuz" or "thx" but stuff like "this = dis" or "when = wen" can get annoying.

Nah, not really after all doing that saves time and time is money, but i do hate when people type LiKe DiS it annoys the hell outta me

It's a little annoying, and I usually don't bother with those questions because it makes me think the asker is illiterate or just lazy. Oh, one other thing I'm not crazy about: when the question begins with "Who hates it when ..."

That's kind of irritating, but I remember I used to type like that when I first started chatting. But then I noticed I was typing "r" for "are" or "u" for "you" in my college tests. I decided I wouldn't do that again because it was a bad habit. I don't do it anymore.

I just think you are uneducated and/or sloppy. It make me disregard what you are trying to get across. But a little bit, such as thru instead of through, is OK.
