He kinda looks like a cro magnon man. He is very talented. My favorite film is Jean de Florette, where he plays a hunchback. this film broke my heart. Ive seen all his french films, and I also liked him in Green Card.
Yes, I think he would represent french people.

He's the french guy with the big nose he was in green card years back right, no one person is representative of a whole race like but i think he is a good guy.

I would say that he is representative of the french. I think he's a wonderful actor. My favorite movie of his is Green Card! he's very talented!

Yes, he is one of the three Musketeers in The Man of the Iron Mask with Leonardo DiCaprio, also the fiend friend of evil Cruella Devil in 102 Dalmatians, Green Card, etc, etc.
No, he is not representative of French people: he is NICE. (I mean not snobbish, etc) I lived in France for a while.
I read he started doing a theatre monologue act reading passages from St. Augustine because they touched him deeply.

I think he is a excellent actor and very flexible individual who can play a variety of different roles. He plays a Frenchmen like a Frenchmen should be portrayed. He has done superb acting in all his movies and was quite an accomplished theater performer as well!!

Well he is a very good actor...one of Frances' finest...but not quite as good as Jean Reno....but Gerald seems like a nice guy...saw him on a couple interview shows.....
